There were many lessons learnt when we executed our marketing plan, we gained tremendous experience and I was able to evaluate myself as the design director of the company. Even though, we had a clear objective for carrying out organizational goals but sometimes there can be fuzziness in focusing on a specific direction. In this regard, there’s always a need to identify strategies that could give appropriate solutions in conflicting situations. In my opinion, mutual understanding among the managers is a must to make a business plan a successful one. Once, we identified the purpose of our business we were ready for its implementation. However, planning events and identifying strategies is a difficult part. I felt that in order to deploy goals and objectives to different members of the workforce communication and coordination was essential. These communicative strategies negotiate the meaning of situations where there are problems in identifying notions and solutions (Fà ¦rch & Kasper, 1984). It is also important to track changes of the desired implementation plan and strategies. Just like the statement of Benjamin Franklin, who once stated, â€Å"if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail but if you fail to track you are definitely going to fail to reach your desired future state† (Cox et al., 2014). This means that, as a project director, I had to make sure that all the scheduled tasks are checked on a regular basis in order to be successful in reaching the destiny. With time, I realized that there were actually three fundamental aspects that are needed to be examined before building a strategy to execute our business plan.
